The TDG Times: November 2024
Project Highlights
We are excited to share that our company has been awarded a subcontract to develop an Area Development Plan (ADP) for NSF Carderock in Washington. This project, following the 2014 master plan and 2018 updates, will guide the installation’s growth over the next 20 years. Our team will evaluate facility needs, identify gaps, and propose planning solutions aligned with DoD and Navy priorities, adhering to the latest standards. The plan will address development goals, ensure infrastructure resilience, adapt to legislative changes, and provide a strategic framework for NSF Carderock’s future.
Additionally, our company has been awarded a subcontract to support the US Marine Corps (USMC) by developing planning and programming products aimed at improving the Real Property Inventory (RPI) for the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM). This project will produce USMC Asset Evaluations (AEs), documenting critical inventory data such as facility space utilization and functional conditions. Managed as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), these evaluations will include both Capitalized Assets with specific financial thresholds and Non-Capitalized Assets, excluding facilities with a Plant Replacement Value under $15,000. This initiative underscores our commitment to enhancing the Marine Corps’ strategic infrastructure framework.
