Over the past four years, TDG has been committed to enhancing the Integrated Project Support (IPS) program’s efficiency and efficacy. We achieved this through the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), comprehensive work templates, and extensive internal training tailored exclusively for our Project Managers (PMs). These tools have standardized our processes and empowered our PMs with the knowledge and resources necessary to execute their roles with precision and conformity to industry best practices.

In Fiscal Year 24, our engagement with the IPS team further expanded to include staff augmentation, where our seasoned professionals served as direct Project Management support. We consistently conducted site visits and took charge of acquisition planning for numerous platforms on behalf of various resource sponsors. This strategic support involved meticulous tracking of delivery schedules and crafting essential documentation such as Facilty Planning Characteristics (FPC), Platform Basic Facility Requirements (PBFR), Site Survey Execution Reports (SSER), and Facility Management Plans (FMP). Our dedicated involvement and proactive oversight have been instrumental in streamlining project timelines and ensuring the ongoing success of the IPS program.

TDG’s collaboration with IPS staff resulted in the refinement of program tasks and schedules, facilitating efficient weekly virtual meetings. The precision in updating tools like the RACI Matrix, based on government feedback, and Risk Analysis documentation—utilizing government-furnished information—underlined TDG’s commitment to clarity in project risks and operational readiness. Our administrative skills covered weapon platform management and the development of thorough project plans, as we also advised in planning meetings, evaluated project risks, and leveraged IPS Business Plans to craft briefing materials. Through technical editing and quality assurance, TDG maintained weapon platform metrics, highlighting our comprehensive approach to optimize performance and track progress, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
