RPLANS Louisville​

Our team provides critical support to the Army’s Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), the automated Master Planning System used to determine facility requirements across Army installations. Aligned with Army regulations and unified facility criteria, RPLANS ensures installations meet mission needs through accurate and comprehensive facility planning. This project focuses on assisting the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and selected installations to reduce excess facility capacity. Through in-depth analysis and collaborative workshops, both on-site and virtual, we work closely with installation staff to validate facility requirements and streamline the RPLANS editing process. By optimizing facility data and planning processes, we enable Army installations to operate more efficiently and effectively.
