NSWC Carderock ADP/BFR

Our company has been selected to support the Marstel Day (Prime) on the Area Development Plan (ADP) for Naval Support Facility (NSF) Carderock. This plan will provide a holistic overview of facility requirements, capability gaps, and planning solutions to guide development over the next 20 years in accordance with DoD, Navy, and Installation priorities and guidance. Our team will focus on the execution of the Base Facility Requirements (BFR) portion of the SOW, provide support and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the overall project. The final product will include analysis, narratives, plans, and maps that direct the development of a district on the installation. This will encompass the ADP mission, vision, and planning goals and objectives, site analysis summary and capability gaps, conceptual development alternatives, evaluation of alternatives, preferred plan, graphic representation of future development plans, development program summary, and specific planning and design standards as appropriate.​
