TDG provided environmental consulting services, permitting, and management over site of the developed site/civil design and documents for the demolition and reconstruction of the Bowmansville Maintenance Facility as outlined in the PTC Scope of Work for Final Design Bowmansville Maintenance Reconstruction Project. 

TDG managed the 30%, 60%, 90% and Final design drawing deliverables created by Cedarville Engineering Group (CEG).  Managing this project required careful planning and coordination to meet the PTC’s specific requirements. Our team worked closely with the PTC to devise a phased construction approach that allowed the existing facility to remain operational during the construction of the proposed facility. This ensured that vital maintenance services could continue without disruption, minimizing any impact on the PTC’s operations.

Through our meticulous project management, we successfully delivered a new maintenance facility that not only met the PTC’s functionality and efficiency goals but also adhered to their stringent operational requirements. The completed facility stands as a testament to our ability to navigate complex construction projects while maintaining operational continuity, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the infrastructure development in Brecknock Township.
