TDG is proud to have played a crucial role in the Installation Resilience Project Development and Master Plan for the Naval Support Activity Annapolis/U.S. Naval Academy. As a subcontractor in the Swift River/Versar JV, we provided significant program management support. Our efforts were instrumental in the planning, design, and execution of resilience projects set to be undertaken in the 2024-2029 cycle. Our responsibilities included collecting critical data, evaluating information requirements as specified in the Master Installation Resilience Plan (MIRP), and conducting a thorough assessment of installation roadways, traffic circulation, and parking demands.

In the execution of the Installation Resilience Project Development and Master Plan, TDG didn’t just contribute; we managed and coordinated efforts with other subcontractors who were subject matter experts for specific deliverables. Our contributions were multifaceted. Firstly, we formulated Future Development, Phasing, and Area Execution Plans (FDP&AEP) for the Lower-Yard. This involved the creation of a strategic blueprint, setting out the path for future expansion and development. Secondly, we were responsible for updating the Upper-Yard Development Plan (ADP Update). This entailed crafting the necessary Illustrative, Implementation, and Phasing Plans to ensure smooth transitions. Thirdly, we designed a comprehensive Circulation and Parking Network Plan (CPNP) for both the Lower- and Upper-Yards, with the goal of enhancing traffic flow and optimizing parking space utilization. Lastly, we undertook a detailed Geotechnical Technical Study on the Lower-Yard, a crucial step towards ensuring the stability and security of future building projects.

At TDG, we take pride in our commitment to enhancing the resilience and functionality of the NSA Annapolis/U.S. Naval Academy. Our involvement in this project underscores our dedication to precise, forward-thinking planning.
