Our company is proud to partner with MCICOM and USACE on a comprehensive asset evaluation project that emphasizes precision, collaboration, and adherence to the highest standards of data security. The project focuses on classifying and evaluating facilities to ensure accurate asset management and documentation. Assets are defined as either Capitalized Assets (CAP) or Non-Capitalized Assets (Non-CAP) based on their Plant Replacement Value (PRV). CAP assets include facilities with a PRV of $500,000 or more for those placed in service during FY23 or later, and $250,000 or more for those placed in service prior to FY23. Non-CAP assets fall below these thresholds, while facilities with a PRV below $15,000 are excluded unless specified as leased facilities.
The evaluation encompasses approximately 2,000 CAP and 1,000 Non-CAP facilities, with responsibilities including site visits, verification, and thorough documentation. For facilities requiring updates due to significant changes, such as additions or demolitions, new CAD drawings will be produced. For other facilities, evaluations will verify existing floorplans, conduct measurements, and provide photographic documentation. Deliverables include updated Asset Evaluations, Property Record Cards, and floorplans to ensure reliable infrastructure management and planning. This project highlights our commitment to excellence in asset evaluation, providing accurate and actionable insights to support the goals of our partners.
