Theresha Diallo, LEED GA

Biography

Mrs. Theresha Diallo, also known as "T," serves as the CEO of The Diallo Group (TDG), a comprehensive engineering management consulting firm. Leading a dedicated team of professionals, Mrs. Diallo ensures the delivery of top-tier solutions for a wide array of projects spanning infrastructure, environment, energy, and government relations. TDG holds the distinction of being a Minority Woman-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Service Disabled Veteran-owned Business (SDVOB), and is committed to forging partnerships with clients and vendors to meet evolving mission requirements through innovation and responsive service delivery. Mrs. Diallo boasts over a decade of experience in project management, environmental compliance, engineering design, and remediation support services, managing numerous projects for federal agencies such as NAVFACLANT, PMS 339, and the US Navy Sixth Fleet. Her profound understanding of DOD, JCS, and NATO command structures, along with in-depth knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting regulation guidelines, empowers her to provide unparalleled service to clients and stakeholders.

Prior to the launch of TDG, Mrs. Diallo was a part of Swift River Environmental Services, a small Alaskan 8a firm, for three years. She holds a Master of Architecture degree, is a certified LEED GA professional, has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and a Federal Acquisition Certification - Contracting Level I. She is currently pursuing her General Contractors (GC) license. Mrs. Diallo's military career, spanning over a decade, will come to a conclusion in March 2024. Throughout her service, she has held several roles, commencing as an Ensign in the Civil Engineer Corps and later moving on to roles such as Assistant Public Works Officer, Project Manager, and Executive Officer of the Host Nation Program. Currently, she serves as the S33 (Current OPS) in the Operations Shop, after her tenure as the Alpha 6 Alpha and TANGO Company Commander in NMCB 27. Mrs. Diallo is a recipient of the Naval and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Naval and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Expert Pistol Marksmanship, and Sharpshooter Rifle Marksmanship. She proudly calls Orlando, Florida home, where she lives with her husband and daughter. Going forward, Mrs. Diallo's mission is to leverage her multifaceted expertise to continue delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that align with The Diallo Group's unwavering commitment to excellence.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Mrs. Diallo is passionate about giving back to her community and instilling hope in the next generation of professionals within the construction industry. With a keen understanding of the power of education and opportunity, she established the annual TDG scholarship, aimed at uplifting and encouraging young men and women to explore their potential within the technical field. To further this cause, Mrs. Diallo has forged relationships with over five technical colleges in Florida, creating an extensive network of resources for aspiring individuals in the community. Beyond her commitments to TDG and the educational initiatives she supports, Mrs. Diallo also enjoys dedicating her free time to speaking engagements at local high schools and colleges. These interactions allow her to directly inspire and motivate the youth, sharing her rich experiences and insights, whilst promoting the importance of resilience, determination, and innovation in their journey towards achieving their career goals.
